As a proud co-organizer, the Zlati Lev Pub co-created one of the liveliest events in the city – BEER FEST, which took place on September 19 and 20, 2025 on the upper platform of the Maribor Market. For two days, Maribor became a true beer center, where excellent cuisine, entertainment, and a rich beer culture came together.
Meeting of the best breweries from Slovenia, Austria and Croatia
The festival featured both Slovenian microbreweries and larger breweries from the region. Visitors were able to sample a wide range of beer styles – from light and refreshing beers to complex dark flavors.
BEER FEST allowed visitors to:
- explore the latest brewing trends,
- meet creative brewers,
- discover new favorite flavors,
- enjoy relaxed socializing.
The festival proved that there is a perfect beer accompaniment for every taste.
A culinary offering that impressed
The event was complemented by a rich selection of food: prestice, sausages, pork knuckles, suckling pig and other classic dishes that go perfectly with beer. Many visitors emphasized that it was the culinary offerings that gave the festival that real “Oktoberfest” feel.
An atmosphere you won’t forget
The festival featured a lively DJ program, themed activities, and an energy that brought together visitors of all generations.
PIVO FEST 2025 became a place for socializing, laughter, and unforgettable moments – regardless of whether visitors came for the beer, good food, or simply for the great atmosphere.
